The Mission Training Centre (MTC) Worldview is located in Launceston, the second-largest city in Tasmania. The college’s spacious grounds include their own farmland, among other features. In this town of 71,000 inhabitants, everything you need is just a few minutes’ drive away.
Tasks
Voluntary helpers are placed in the Childcare Center. The kindergarten is on the College campus and they are happy to receive support. The tasks would be: Preparation of snacks, playing with the children, singing, dancing, arts and crafts, walks and trips, spend time together and have fun!
One volunteer also helps in the kitchen ─ cooking and baking for the whole College. Also, all the fruit and vegetables from the farm are processed and prepared in the kitchen.
Project
Worldview is a WEC Bible School, which prepares people for cross-cultural mission trips. Everyone lives together onsite at Worldview, whether they are workers, students, teachers or volunteers. There is also our own farm and kindergarten.
